Professional Safety Auditor (PSA)
This Professional Safety Auditor Course will provide you with the tools necessary to
identify and eliminate hazards in the worplace. Students will be able to methodically asses
the workplace for potential hazards for human injury through detailed analysis and discovery,
determine proper abatement methods to remove, isolate or reduce hazards and provide equipment
for employee protection
The students will also understand the importance on the inspection process to continually
monitor the workplace to ensure proper maintenance and compliance to procedures and ensure
existing hazards controls are functioning adequately.
The student will learn and demonstrate effective techniques and procedures to investigate
accidents and near accidents so that the root causes and deficiencies can be determined
and proper corrective actions can be made in policies, procedures, and training.
