These terms and conditions govern your use of our online course and services.
Registration: To access certain features of the website, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as needed.
Course Enrollment: By enrolling in a course on oshact.com, you agree to pay the specified fee and abide by the course policies and requirements.
Course Content: All course materials, including videos, texts, and resources, are the property of oshact.com and protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from distributing or sharing course content without permission.
Payment: Payment for course enrollment is required before access is granted. We accept various payment methods. You agree to pay all charges incurred on your account.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request if:
- The request is made within 30 days of the course purchase.
- You have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
- The request is made due to technical issues on our end that prevent access to the course.
No refund will be provided if:
- You’ve accessed more than 25% of the course content.
- The request is made after 30 days of the course purchase.
- There is a violation of our terms and conditions.
User Conduct: You agree to use oshact.com for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability: Oshact.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or any course content.
Termination: Oshact.com reserves the right to terminate accounts, courses, or access to the website for violations of the terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms: Oshact.com may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nevada. Any dispute arising shall be settled in the courts of Nevada.

Resident Courses
50% down required 3 months prior to class start date. Balance due the first day of class.
Course Cancellations and Refunds
Course enrollment is reviewed 15 days prior to the start of a course. The OSTI reserves the right to cancel any course with fewer than the minimum enrollment listed with each course. The OSTI will not be responsible for student expenses if a course is canceled. The OSTI recommends that a student NOT make travel or lodging arrangements until they have contacted the Registrar’s office regarding status of the course(s) in which they are enrolled. The OSTI will not be responsible for costs associated with a course cancellation. The Institute will make every effort to enroll students in the next available course.
Student Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the OSTI no later than 30 days to the start date of each course to receive a full refund. Notice of cancellation should include the course name, course code, delivery date and the name and social security number of each student to be canceled. Written notification may be submitted by fax, mail or e-mail. Written cancellations received within 30 days of start date, but more than five business days prior to the course start date will receive a refund of the course tuition, less a cancellation fee of $100 per student. Student tuition will not be refunded if written notification is not received, or if notification is received fewer than five business days prior to the course start date.
